Congratulations to our internal team for successfully completing the ISO14001 Environmental management Internal Auditor training, with NQA, as part of ETher NDE's goal of working towards meeting the ISO14001 standard in 2021. Our internal ISO 14001 team now include Nelly Fernandez, Ian Gough, Shamaiel Ahmed, Joanne Munns and Corinna Cuciureanu.

ETher NDE Extend the Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty on key EC Flaw Detector range to 3 years and enhance EtherCover package

ETher NDE are proud to officially announce the extension of the Standard Manufacturer Warranty period to 3 years on three of our leading eddy current flaw detectors - the WeldCheck Series, AeroCheck Series and the ETherCheck range. The manufacturer’s warranty covers all components of the instrument and will only exclude customer damage or misuse.

ETher NDE part of winning UK Consortium for development of NDT in metal additive manufacturing

June 2019

A consortium comprising ETher NDE (St Albans), Sonemat (Coventry), Hybrid Manufacturing Technologies (Moira), Innvotek (London), Brunel Innovation Centre (Abington) and TWI (Abington) has won a grant to develop technology to inspect metal additive manufactured parts during the manufacturing process. The technology uses electromagnetic methods (electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) and eddy current (EC)) to detect defects and to monitor residual stress in additive manufacturing (AM) and is abbreviated as EM-ReSt.
