Successful “green” steps taken towards achieving Environmental Management ISO14001, with Internal Auditing team training

Congratulations to our internal team for successfully completing the ISO14001 Environmental management Internal Auditor training, with NQA, as part of ETher NDE's goal of working towards meeting the ISO14001 standard in 2021. Our internal ISO 14001 team now include Nelly Fernandez, Ian Gough, Shamaiel Ahmed, Joanne Munns and Corinna Cuciureanu.
One of ETher NDE’s business targets for 2021 is to nance our environmental management and develop framework to work towards meeting ISO14001. ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system, helping organisations to improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders. Our aim is to update and improve existing good practice to provide assurance to employees, external stakeholders and customers that environmental impact is being measured and improved.
To achieve our environmental management goals we aim to adopt a “holistic” approach to across all departments and functions, with continual improvement and awareness being observed of our systems and interaction with the environment. This will also mean that Environmental management will play a growing role in strategic planning and a strong commitment from the ETher team to adopt proactive initiatives and boost ETher NDE’s environmental performance.
